Ravel Bespoke Sdn. Bhd. (“Ravel”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at plumbkit.my and the atelier in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. We handle personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This policy tells you what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only gather what we need to serve you:

• Enquiry details — the name, email, phone number and message you submit through our contact form.
• Commission records — the measurements, cloth choices and fitting notes we take when you order a garment.
• Technical data — anonymous usage information gathered by cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

Your information is used to reply to enquiries, arrange and conduct fittings, keep a pattern on file for future orders, and — only where you have agreed — to send you occasional news about the atelier. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Keeping your measurements

Your pattern and measurements are retained so that re-orders and alterations are faster and truer. You may ask us to delete them at any time, though this means a future order would begin from a fresh fitting.

Who sees your data

Your details stay within the atelier. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host), and only to the extent needed, or where the law requires disclosure.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months. Commission and pattern records are held for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent to marketing, or request deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within twenty-one days.

Security

Access to client records is limited to the people who make your garments. Digital records are stored on protected systems and paper measurement cards are kept securely at the atelier.
