The nature of bespoke

Because every garment is cut to your unique pattern, it cannot be resold or returned to stock in the way ready-to-wear can. For that reason bespoke and made-to-measure commissions are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Our fitting process exists precisely so that you approve the fit and finish before the garment is completed.

Our fit guarantee

If a finished garment does not fit as agreed at your final fitting, we will put it right at no charge. Bring it back within fourteen days of collection and we will re-cut, re-balance or adjust it until it sits correctly. This is the heart of what you pay for.

Faults in workmanship

Should a genuine fault in our making or materials appear — a failed seam, a defective button, a lining that gives way — within three months of collection, we will repair it free of charge. This does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper cleaning.

Deposits

The deposit taken at commission covers cloth reserved on your behalf and pattern work already carried out. Because these costs are incurred immediately, deposits are non-refundable once cutting has begun. If you cancel before we cut, we will refund your deposit less any cost of cloth already ordered specifically for you.

Alterations to your own garments

For alteration and repair work on garments you bring to us, we quote before starting and guarantee the workmanship for thirty days. If an alteration does not achieve what we agreed, we will correct it without further charge.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under Malaysian consumer law in respect of goods that are not of acceptable quality.
