1. About us

This website and atelier are operated by Ravel Bespoke Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202301029847 (1518402-K)), of Lot 12-3, Jalan Telawi 3, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By commissioning work or using this site you accept the terms below.

2. Commissions and quotations

A commission begins once we have taken your measurements, agreed the cloth and style, and you have confirmed the written quotation. Prices quoted are inclusive of the fittings described for that garment. Additional garments or significant design changes may adjust the price, which we will always confirm before proceeding.

3. Deposits and payment

Bespoke work requires a deposit of fifty percent at the point of commission, with the balance due on collection. The deposit covers cloth reserved and pattern work already undertaken. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or e-wallet.

4. Fittings

Each bespoke garment includes the fittings set out in your quotation, typically a baste fitting and a forward fitting. Attending scheduled fittings is essential to a good result; garments completed after missed or delayed fittings are made to the last measurements taken and cannot be remade at our cost for issues that a fitting would have caught.

5. Timelines

We give honest estimates — usually six to eight weeks for a suit — but hand tailoring is not an exact science. Where a firm deadline such as a wedding exists, tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including cloth-mill supply.

6. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information about deadlines and any factors that may affect your measurements. Once a garment is cut to your confirmed pattern, changes of mind about style or cloth cannot always be accommodated.

7. Care of garments

We provide care guidance with every garment. Damage arising from improper cleaning, wear or storage is not covered by any remedial work we offer.

8. Website use

Content on this site — text, images and design — belongs to Ravel Bespoke Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without permission. We maintain the site with care but provide it “as is” without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with any commission is limited to the value of that commission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute. For questions, contact [email protected].
